IP Rated Fan Options

IP55 Rated Fans
Ideal for environments with occasional exposure to dust and liquids. These fans provide dependable protection for general industrial settings where moderate ingress protection is required.

IP56 Rated Fans
Designed to prevent harmful dust ingress and protect against strong jets of water. These AC fans are well suited for marine, HVAC, and medical applications where exposure to dust and water spray is expected.

IP68 Rated Fans
Offer complete protection against dust and moisture. These fans can be fully submerged in water up to 3 meters, making them suitable for extreme wet or submerged environments.

IP69K Rated Fans
Engineered for high-temperature and high-pressure washdown conditions. These fans are commonly used in food processing, chemical, and other sanitation-critical environments.

Hazardous Location and Compliance Ratings

ATEX Rated Fans
Select Orion Fans’ EC fan models are ATEX rated for Zone 2, Group IIC hazardous locations, providing safe and reliable operation in explosive atmospheres.

UL 60079 Compliant Fans
Designed for hazardous environments, UL 60079 compliant fans are built to withstand moisture, contaminants, salt spray, high temperatures, and corrosive compounds. These fans support safe operation in classified locations across a wide range of industrial applications.
